As Operations Manager, Sarah has a broad range of responsibilities. Essentially, she ensures the smooth and efficient running of the business that both meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
She came to executive search and selection from a background in university administration and has become a subject-matter expert within higher education and a great asset to business delivery.
Working closely with our partners, she has built an impressive track record and knowledge base and offers excellent project management skills, ensuring a fluid, effective and highly professional service.
Mainly working behind the scenes these days in all aspects of operations, she also remains an active part of the delivery team, leading on research services enabling Dixon Walter to identify extraordinary and unexpected talent from around the world.
Sarah is a BPS registered expert at both occupational ability and personality profiling and uses these skills regularly, adapting to the needs of a specific opportunity and providing an invaluable source of secondary evidence in support of assessment strategies.
Sarah strikes a great work-life balance and works with the team three days a week, spending the rest of her time attempting to keep up with her very active toddler Kit.
