We are now looking to appoint a senior Payroll professional to lead our Payroll services and oversee the teams responsible for related HR administrative processes and our pension arrangements. To be successful you will need to have relevant, relatable experience in a complex organisation with a successful track record of reviewing and implementing processes, policies and procedures which support continuous service improvement. Experience of line-management and of supporting a culture of high standards and performance will be of distinct advantage.
