His profile is perhaps greatest in Higher Education working closely with universities across all mission groups to deliver both academic leadership and professional services appointments mainly at VC Executive level and typically with a remit to deliver change.
He is also recognised for his work in securing non-executive talent from a wider range of sectors and disciplines to meets the evolving needs and demands of the Boards of these organisations too.
